Wemeco’s strength lies in the fact that we can produce both semi-finished and finished products in-house (including assembly, packaging, logistics, etc.).

Production in Poland
Production in Poland
All of Wemeco’s production activities take place in our modern factory in Kudowa Zdroj, Poland. Wemeco has enthusiastic and well-trained employees who guarantee excellent quality.
The production processes are monitored by means of a fully integrated software package. We use an industry-specific ERP package supplemented with a very extensive (production) management system that has been developed by our own IT department. We have also realized the link between our systems and a very advanced production planning system.
Wemeco Poland is led by a Dutch/Polish management team. Communication takes place via our customer desk, which is manned by both Dutch (project management) and Polish employees, who all speak a European language.
Personnel policy
At the basis of a good-running company and high product quality are subject-competent, motivated employees. Wemeco therefore only selects its employees to strict qualifications, but also in character so that they fit well within the present corporate culture. Furthermore, Wemeco is constantly investing in training for its employees, so that employees can develop and grow while the quality and effectiveness of the company is increased.
Within the prevailing informal corporate culture of Wemeco, all employees are personal responsibility for their work. This gives them the opportunity to share their own work and think about this. This form of freedom creates an intrinsic motivation among employees of which both employees and Wemeco benefit from.
Wemeco attaches great importance to informing its employees about the state of affairs within the company. This is done by issuing a business newspaper every month where all developments are referred to in all or positive or negative matters. In addition, all employees have access to their own personal website, which gives them the opportunity to look at everything in the field of personal performance and functioning, but also to deposit ideas about things that can be improved according to them. It will not be the first time that those who are directly involved in production are to realize the breakthroughs in improving production process!
Involvement of its employees is considered very important by Wemeco. In order to achieve this, so-called improvement teams (according to the Kaizen method) is worked by the most crucial business processes against the light to optimize. As a result, employees feel more involved in the process and affect their improvement.

KiKa raises money that will benefit the seven children’s cancer centers in the Netherlands: Emma Children’s Hospital AMC Amsterdam, UMC Groningen Queen Beatrix Children’s Clinic, Willem-Alexander Children’s and Youth Center Leiden, UMC St. Radboud Children’s Hospital Nijmegen, Erasmus MC – Sophia Children’s Hospital in Rotterdam , VU medical center in Amsterdam, Wilhelmina Children’s Hospital Utrecht.
