How do we start?

In order to achieve a highly profitable partnership, it is important to ensure that we continue to operate from our strengths from the outset.

In order to be sure what the mutual expectations are we make a good analysis of the product and the intended partnership from the start. In the end, we decide together whether to start. We use the following step-by-step plan for the analysis:

1. Partner and product analysis

Analyze whether the product and the companies fit together.

2. Team up

We put together a team to make the implementation a success.

3. Making an quote

Prepare a budget quote that provides a rough cost estimate.

4. Prototyping

Before we proceed to the serial production of your products, we will first make a prototype.

6. Start production

Production start in phases in which both parties are fully involved.

7. Improve continuously

We regularly evaluate whether cooperation can be improved in any area.

Shared benefits

Partnership Manufacturing allows entities to share costs associated with production facilities, equipment and overhead expenses. By pooling resources, partners can achieve economies of scale, reducing per-unit costs and enhancing overall profitability.

Partners bring unique expertise, skills and technologies to the collaboration, enabling access to specialized knowledge and capabilities that may not be available internally. This shared expertise fosters innovation, enhances product quality and accelerates time-to-market.

Collaborating partners can diversify risks associated with manufacturing, supply chain disruptions, market fluctuations and regulatory changes. By sharing risks, partners can better manage uncertainties and ensure business continuity.

Partnership Manufacturing facilitates access to new markets, customers and distribution channels. By leveraging each other’s networks and market presence, partners can expand their reach and penetrate new market segments more effectively.

Partnerships offer flexibility in scaling production capacity up or down in response to changing market demand. This agility enables partners to quickly adapt to market dynamics, customer preferences and industry trends.

Collaboration fosters a culture of innovation, allowing partners to co-create new products, processes, and technologies. By sharing research and development efforts, partners can drive continuous innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
Partnerships are built on mutual trust, transparency, and shared objectives. By aligning incentives and goals, partners share in the success and benefits generated by the collaboration, fostering long-term relationships and collective growth.

Value proposition

The value proposition in Partnership Manufacturing revolves around the core concept of leveraging shared resources, expertise, and capabilities to create mutual benefits and competitive advantages. Here’s a breakdown of the key elements of the value proposition:

OUR PAIN RELIEVERS:

• We have a up to date production department
• We have all the right production knowledge

OUR PAINS:

• We lack our own production department
• We lack production knowledge

WE OFFER YOU:

• Collaborations that result in a long-term win-win situation.
• Insurance that our product and service is well positioned around your values and needs
• Benefits that you expect (advanced care!)

GIVE US:

• Our own production department…but not under our roof.
• High quality level products, the best equipment and experienced employees.
• Delivery on time.
• Pricing conform market level.

In essence, the value proposition in Partnership Manufacturing lies in the synergistic benefits derived from collaboration, which enable partners to achieve strategic objectives, drive innovation, mitigate risks, and create sustainable competitive advantages in the marketplace.

Partner and product analysis

To get off to a flying start, it is important to know whether both the products profiles and the companies profiles match up. We can only meet mutual expectations if this is a clear match.

Based on our experience, we have drawn up a number of criteria that the various profiles must meet. Naturally, we also take your criteria into account. Only together can we get the most out of our cooperation.

The partner

Close cooperation requires effort from both parties. The better the companies connect with each other, the better the collaboration will run. We test our partners on a number of criteria, of which the following are the most important for us:

The product

Our welders are regularly certified by internal examinators as well as external certification organizations.

We put together a team with members from both companies to make the implementation a success.

Team up

One of the main factors determining whether the implementation will be a success is the team working on it. Short communication lines are essential.

Together with our partner, we put together a team that knows all the ins and outs of the product and the organizational requirements. They meet regularly to coordinate various matters and to discuss the progress of the implementation. Step by step they bring the project to a successful conclusion with a joint effort.

Project Managers

Meeting on the steps to be taken to make collaboration a great success.

Welding engineer (IWE)

Preparing all necessary welding documentation.

Process engineers

They determine the production steps and the logistical flow that are required to produce the product as efficiently as possible.

Quality managers

They coordinate the requirements that the product must meet in order to be approved. They also set up the quality system with all associated documentation.

Administrative support

The financial administration, the logistics department, the warehouse and all other supporting departments will be directly involved in setting up the collaboration.
