Over Wemeco

Bij Wemeco produceren we onderdelen voor diverse industrieën die terug te vinden zijn in professionele sporttoestellen, groene stroom, landbouw, automobielindustrie, brandbeveiligingsindustrie en putdeksels benodigdheden. Word een professional

In de eerste jaren op de Wemeco Academy doorloopt de kandidaat de volgende fasen.

Fase 1 – Ervaring opdoen

De kandidaat maakt kennis met verschillende werkgebieden, taken en producten binnen Wemeco. Deze verkenningsfase wordt begeleid door een buddy binnen het bedrijf. Er ontstaat een duidelijk beeld van de vaardigheden en drijfveren van de kandidaat.

Fase 2 – Kies een richting

De kandidaat kiest een richting die aansluit bij een realistisch advies op basis van input van de buddy en de teamleider. In de volgende fase specialiseert de kandidaat zich in dit gekozen vakgebied.

Fase 3 – Word een specialist

Vanaf nu is de kandidaat volledig toegewijd aan de gekozen richting. Afhankelijk van de functie zal de kandidaat karakterbeoordelingen, analytische denktests en evaluaties van praktische vaardigheden afleggen. Deze assessments maken deel uit van op maat gemaakte programma’s die in nauwe samenwerking met mogelijke toekomstige collega’s worden ontwikkeld.

Fase 4 – Word een permanent lid van de Wemeco familie

Wanneer de kandidaat afstudeert, slaagt voor de assessments en groei en motivatie laat zien, bieden we hem of haar een baan aan. Gefeliciteerd! Samen met de kandidaat stellen we een persoonlijk ontwikkelingsplan op. De voortgang wordt voortdurend gemonitord. Natuurlijk stopt leren nooit binnen Wemeco.

Op zoek naar een stage die meer is dan alleen koffiedrinken? Bij Wemeco bieden we een praktijkgerichte ervaring waarbij je direct in echte projecten duikt. Je zult niet alleen observeren, maar vanaf dag één zinvolle taken en verantwoordelijkheden op je nemen.

One of the main factors determining whether the implementation will be a success is the team working on it. Short communication lines are essential.

Together with our partner, we put together a team that knows all the ins and outs of the product and the organizational requirements. They meet regularly to coordinate various matters and to discuss the progress of the implementation. Step by step they bring the project to a successful conclusion with a joint effort.

They determine the production steps and the logistical flow that are required to produce the product as efficiently as possible.

Om een vliegende start te maken, is het belangrijk om te weten of zowel de productprofielen als de bedrijfsprofielen overeenkomen. We kunnen alleen aan wederzijdse verwachtingen voldoen als dit een duidelijke match is.
